Кто-то пользуется часто гиперссылками?
Не кажется ли вам, что было бы логичнее перенести
команды создания ссылок из меню "Вставка" в контекстное меню редактора?
А может даже на панель форматирования
Тем более, что ни с деревом, ни с листочками гиперссылки не работают.

See context menu of text editor in most current build 9.10 Beta b2022.
(hyperlinks commands is hidden as default. Use command "Customize menu" for adding of this commands).

The "abbey" suggestion seems me reasonable: to implement a icon-button in the toolbar textEditor to open menu HyperLinks

Another option would be to add it as a command in the contextual menu of the right mouse button
