It was appreciated all the efforts made to improve and update the program quickly (GOOD)

I thank also the speed to meet and listen to user requirements and implement solutions (VERY GOOD).

The new version (build 1994), in general, it works perfectly in all basic operations, however, there are procedures that were previously reported and are not solved yet, I mean:

a) HyperLink to file (a file associated with music, video, pdf) does not work, does not open. Program can not find the corresponding application in each case to open the file.
However, the same link as specified attachment and opens it works perfectly (?)

b) To resize a picture inserted, it loses its quality (What about this?)

About the new option added to the Start menu command: OpenOffice.Org:
Excellent and thanks again, however, the program list in the menu option MS-Word, without which the program exists. Could you be able to eliminate the options that you do not need? or the program could detect and verify if the application exists on the computer to be able to list on the menu, if not listed.

Another small problem identified:
In the pop-up menu Copy: Copy as Plain Text. This command is repeated twice in the same menu.
This command Copy the selection as Plain Text and puts it on the Clipboard.

1) Copy With Hyperlinks - copy text with saving inter-nodes hyperlinks. Otherwise, all hyperlinks removed from selected text.
2) Copy As Plain Text - copy selected text and clear any formatting. Copy of only plain text!
3) Copy With End Of Lines - copy selected text and insert to copied text end of line as screen (one at one)
4) Copy As HTMK - for web pages only. Copy HTML code of selected area. Otherwise copy selected area as plain text and (if probable) as RTF.
5) Copy Format - put to clipboard formatting of selected text. E.g. attributes: bold, italic, underline and etc.

You've listed 5 options for the Copy Command, however there are 6 in the menu options (see my screenshot above), because the Copy As Plain Text option is repeated twice!!

Background picture work normal on Vista?
You can change background picture on menu command "View\Background Picture" (simple click - enable\disable background picture, click+Shift - choosing of other background picture)
